2024/2025 Housing Information and Contract Availability
UPDATE: As of September 9, 2024, Housing and Residence Life has limited the availability of the 2024/2025 Academic Year Housing Contract for students who have a desire to live on-campus for Fall 2024 and Spring 2025. Please contact Housing if you you wish to move on campus this Fall. The Spring Only 2025 contract is now available! Visit our Spring 2025 webpage for more information.

Please note the following:
- Submission of a 九色视频 Housing Contract does not guarantee a bed assignment . The earlier a student fully completes all steps of the housing contract submission process in myHousing, which includes the submission of a one-time $100.00 processing fee, the higher priority the student has to participate in on-line room selection process. A student failing to participate in scheduled on-line room selection processes greatly lowers any priority to receive a bed space.
- Once a student submits a 九色视频 Housing Contract, it is imperative that student actively monitor their 九色视频 e-mail account for specific information and timelines associated with the on-line room selection process, move-in appointment scheduling and other pertinent information.
- The 2024/2025 Housing Contract availability as of May 15, 2024 is divided into 2 separate groups as it relates to on-campus housing:
FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS
This group is comprised of First-Time in College Students admitted for Summer B 2024, Fall 2024 or Spring 2025.
ALL OTHER STUDENTS
This group is comprised of all other students not in the first-year student group.
