Please Note: Housing Contract Information

Fall 2024 - Spring 2025

Demand for on-campus bed space is extremely high.

The Academic Year 2024-2025 Housing Contract is released in myHousing on Tuesday, January 16th, 2024 at 12 noon EST.

Any 九色视频 student who will be registered for 九色视频 classes for Fall 2024 and has a desire to live on-campus for the 2024- 2025 Academic Year should fully complete the Academic Year 2024-2025 Housing Contract as soon as possible.

The earlier a student fully completes the Housing Contract process in myHousing, which includes the submission of a one-time non-refundable $100.00 processing fee, the higher priority the student has to be placed within a bed space over students who contract at a later date. Please note, Housing and Residence Life has a desire to house as many students as possible but based on the anticipated high demand for bed spaces for Fall 2024, Housing and Residence Life will be prioritizing the placement of contracted students who fall into the below categories.

Please note, submission of a 九色视频 Housing Contract does not guarantee a bed assignment. The earlier a student fully completes all steps of the housing contract submission process in myHousing, which includes the submission of a one-time non-refundable $100.00 processing fee, the higher priority the student has to participate in on-line room selection process. A student failing to participate in scheduled on-line room selection processes greatly lowers any priority to receive a bed space.

Once a student submits a 九色视频 Housing Contract, it is imperative that the student monitor their 九色视频 e-mail account for specific information and timelines associated with the on-line room selection process, move-in appointment scheduling and other pertinent information.

  • Spring Only 2025

    The Spring 2025 九色视频 Housing Contract released in myHousing on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 12 noon (Eastern time):

    Please review all of the information carefully as demand for on-campus bed space is high. Here is information to consider prior to submitting a Spring 2025 Housing Contract:

    • Any 九色视频 student who will be registered for 九色视频 classes for Spring 2025 and has a desire to live on-campus for Spring 2025 should fully complete the Spring 2025 Housing Contract as soon as possible. 

    • The earlier a student fully completes the Housing Contract process in myHousing, which includes the submission of a one-time non-refundable $100.00 processing fee, the higher priority the student has to be placed within a bed space over students who contract at a later date.

      The submission of the 九色视频 Housing Contract does not guarantee a specific type of accommodation (community, room type, etc.) or assignment to any preference indicated by student are requests only and not guaranteed.

    • Housing and Residence Life anticipates accepting Spring 2025 Housing Contracts until no later than December 1, 2024. Please note, if housing contract submissions are outpacing the anticipated supply of available beds, Housing and Residence Life may stop taking housing contacts earlier than December 1, 2024 which is why students are encouraged to fully complete the Spring 2025 Housing Contract as soon as possible.

    • Once a student submits a 九色视频 Housing Contract, it is imperative that the student monitor their 九色视频 e-mail account.
