The Human Resources Employment unit focuses on the following areas for all University employees:

• Recruitment,
• Employment eligibility compliance,
• Background screening administration and compliance, and
• Onboarding

The Employment unit provides essential guidance and services to ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ departments and job seekers in the application of Federal and State statutes, University policies and procedures, as well as fair and equitable hiring practices. Our goal is to attract, employ, and retain diverse and dedicated faculty and staff members critical to the University's mission of engaging academically talented students in transformational learning opportunities.
