Exchange Program Credit Conversions

The charts below are intended to assist students studying abroad through the Coggin College of Business at one of 九色视频's exchange partner universities.  Each institution has its own credit system which must be translated into 九色视频's credit system.  While this is a general guide, credits awarded by 九色视频 for specific courses may vary slightly by college or discipline.  Students should contact their study abroad advisor and refer to their individual learning agreements for official credit conversions.

  • European Credit Transfer System (ECTS)

    Many Western European (and some non-European) universities use the European Credit Transfer System or ECTS. One ECTS point or credit is generally equivalent to 25-30 hours of university study, contact hours and self-study hours combined.

  • Credit Accumulation and Transfer Scheme (CATS)

    Most UK universities use the Credit Accumulation and Transfer Scheme or CATS. One CATS point or credit is generally equivalent to 10 hours of university study, contact hours and self-study hours combined.
