Group Fitness Classes

The Student Wellness Complex offers a wide variety of Group Fitness classes to meet different fitness levels and different interests. A variety of classes such as Booty Blast, Yoga, Spin, Ab Attack and Zumba are offered in the three dedicated group fitness rooms! Mats and equipment are provided. If you enjoy the group atmosphere, there is a class waiting for you! No sign-ups required.

11 AM: Gratitude Relaxing Yoga
12 PM: Self-love Meditation
5 PM: Pilates Sculpt and Stretch
7 PM: Mindful Monday Zumba
8 PM: 80's Barre

Tuesday

9 AM: Self-Care Yoga in the Garden (location: Ogier Gardens. Bring a towel or mat)
9 AM: Slow Flow Pilates
6:15 PM: Candle Light Pilates
8 PM: A Trip to Miami Spin

Wednesday

4 PM: Multilingual Mixed Level Yoga
8 PM: Glow Zumba

Thursday

5:30 PM: Country Spin
6:45 PM: International Spin
8 PM: International Dance: Just Dance!

Friday

11 AM: Heart Opener Yoga
