Transcript Requests

The 九色视频 has partnered with Parchment to automate the processing of 九色视频 academic credentials. If you are a current student or alumni that is still active and has access to your myWings account, please follow the below directions to order your transcript through myWings. By using the below steps, you should get logged in automatically to Parchment via single sign on (SSO).

Instructions to Order Official Transcripts Using the myWings Portal

  • Log in to
  • Select Student under the left "My Resources" menu
    • If you are on a mobile device, please select the Student tile
  • Select the Order Transcripts button

If you are no longer an active student at 九色视频 with access to myWings, please click the below button to access Parchment directly. You will need to log in to your existing Parchment account or create a new account.

Individuals ordering transcripts who are in need of ADA assistance should email records@unf.edu or contact located in Hicks Hall, Building 53.

Military & Veteran Transcript Requests

In keeping with , the 九色视频 will waive the transcript fee for a person who is active duty or an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Armed Forces and their spouse and dependents.

Ordering Information

If you believe you qualify under these categories, DO NOT order a transcript using Parchment unless you have a need for an express mail option. Please note, the express mail option is not covered under this provision – only standard USPS mail or electronic delivery are covered.

Sending Transfer Transcripts to 九色视频

Sending transfer transcripts electronically to 九色视频 (preferred):

  • Students may request official transcripts to be sent online from their school's registrar or guidance counselor, or they may upload unofficial transcripts in PDF format within their applicant portal to begin the evaluation process.

Sending transfer transcripts by mail to 九色视频:

  • Mailing address: 九色视频, Office of Admissions, 1 九色视频 Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32224. Official transcripts, sealed in the original envelope, may be hand-delivered to the document drop box outside One-Stop Student Services, Hicks Hall, Building 53, Suite 1700.

  • How much does a transcript cost?

    The cost of a 九色视频 transcript varies depending on the type of order. The baseline cost of a 九色视频 transcript is $10.00. This baseline cost does not include any applicable processing and shipping fees.

    A transcript ordered to be sent via FedEx will cost more due to express shipping fees. Specific pricing information can be found during the ordering process. You will have the option to cancel a transcript order before submitting. For any questions, please reach out to records@unf.edu.

  • How do I get my unofficial transcript?

    Viewing unofficial 九色视频 transcripts requires access to your myWings portal. You will not be able to view an unofficial transcript if you have any holds that impact transcript release. This includes financial holds, collection holds, conduct holds, parking fine holds, loan exit counseling holds, or if you are in default on student loan payments.

    To access your unofficial transcript:

    • Log in to
    • Select Student under the left "My Resources" menu
      • If you are on a mobile device, select the Student tile
    • Select the Records menu option
      • If you are on a mobile device, the Records option is found at the bottom of you screen
    • Select Unofficial Transcripts

    Please Note: On the self-service webpage, select Level (All Levels is fine) and Transcript Type (Internal) before submitting.

    If you are unable to access your myWings account, you will need to reach out to the 九色视频 Help Desk. Once access is gained, please follow the above steps.

  • How do I send my 九色视频 transcript to Human Resources?

    Previous or current 九色视频 students that need to send their 九色视频 transcript to the 九色视频 Human Resources Office for employment must do so using Parchment. Please see the ordering instructions at the top of this page to reach the 九色视频 Parchment storefront.

    During the ordering process you must select to send the transcript electronically by selecting "I am sending this order to another individual." Please input 九色视频 Human Resources as the recipient name and hr@unf.edu as the recipient email.

  • If I have a hold on my account, will my order be processed?

    Transcript requests may not be processed for students who have a transcript release impacting holds. Reasons for a transcript hold may include outstanding financial obligations to the University, an unmet loan exit counseling requirement, an address verification issue, and/or certain conduct issues.

    Per , transcripts cannot be released for students who are in default on student loan repayment.

  • How do I cancel my Parchment transcript order?

  • Can I include an attachment to be sent with my transcript?

    Students may submit attachments to be mailed with their transcripts during the ordering process. Only official documents required by the receiving institution should be included in the transcript order. Personal documents or other documents that your institution does not require you to send with a transcript should not be included in your order.

  • When will my grades for the current term be posted to my official transcript?

    The date that grades are made available to students and the date that grades appear on the official transcript are listed on the . In general, final grades are available one week after the last day of the term. You may place a transcript order ahead of time through Parchment and request that the processing of your order be held until grades post. Once your final grades for the term are posted, Parchment will process your transcript order provided there are no holds on your 九色视频 student account that prevent transcript release.

    Please Note: You should only submit an order to hold for grades during the current term. All orders with this hold request will be processed at the end of each term regardless of the intended hold term. Please make sure to consult the for when transcripts will be processed for those being held for grades.

  • When will my degree be posted to my official transcript?

    The date when degrees are posted to official transcripts can be found on the. Degrees are awarded and posted to transcripts after grade processing and final graduation certification. You may place a transcript order ahead of time through Parchment and request that the processing of your order be held until degrees post. Once your degree is conferred, Parchment will process your transcript order provided there are no holds on your 九色视频 student account that prevent transcript release.

    Please Note: You should only submit an order to hold for degree during the current term. All orders with this hold request will be processed at the end of each term regardless of the intended hold term. Please make sure to consult the for when transcripts will be processed for those being held for degrees.
