The (OSD) is a specialized team within the Division of State Purchasing, that helps improve business opportunities for Florida-based woman-, veteran- and minority-owned small businesses for free. Certified Business Enterprises (CBEs) are certified by OSD under the following designations: woman-owned (WBE), veteran-owned (VBE), and minority-owned (MBE).
