Non-sponsored Camps (Affiliate and Third-Party)

(a) Proof of liability insurance, in the form of a “certificate”, must be included as an attachment to the application package for all Non-sponsored camps (Affiliate and Third-Party).  This certificate of evidence of liability insurance must name the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ a Public Body Corporate, the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ Board of Trustees, the State of Florida and their officers, agents and employees as additional insurance by written endorsement. A minimum of $1,000,000 coverage per occurrence and $2 million in the aggregate is required.

 (b) Proof of accident/health insurance must be included as an attachment to the application package.

Reference the specific ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ facility rental agreement for liability insurance coverage requirements.  Requests for exceptions to this minimum may be submitted to the Director of EH&S, who will note on the Camp Application if the request is granted. Final approval for any exception rests with the Vice President for Administration and Finance.
